2. Orders & quotations
Orders are placed at our showroom or through a written quotation. Prices, availability and lead times are confirmed at the time of order. Custom and imported-to-order pieces may require an advance payment.
3. Delivery
We deliver across Bengaluru and Karnataka. Delivery dates are estimates, and we will keep you informed of any change. Please make sure there is suitable access (doors, lifts, stairs) for large items.
4. Warranty
Our furniture is covered against manufacturing defects in frame and mechanism for the period stated on your invoice. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, exposure to moisture or direct sunlight, or damage from improper cleaning.
5. Returns & exchanges
Please inspect your furniture at delivery and report any transit damage within 48 hours. Made-to-order and customised pieces cannot be returned except for manufacturing defects.
